What is it?

A practical application of techniques learned in classes throughout the week for femme individuals only. This class will be available for those wishing to practice and or compete with other femme individuals in single or melee style tournaments.

What should a student expect from this class?

Students should expect to sweat and exert themselves physically. This will be a physical class, so it is recommended that students bring a water bottle and do not eat heavily before class. Students will be throwing each other to the mats. This activity may result in bumps, bruises and sore muscles.

What equipment is needed from the student for this class?

Minimum Battle Gear, wrestling shoes or inside mat-safe footwear, rash guards, and an athletic supporter. Optional: a water bottle and a towel.

What is the goal of this class?

The goal for this class is to prepare all students for combat, grappling, and how to take down
the opponent and win melees.
